This was from Saturday and then Sunday it was back to 168 not sure what was the problem but I think this week I will do a better job on the eat less days. Its getting cool and harder to motivate walking for exercise.

I have been trying to add a little bit of carbs back into my diet to make it a normal part of my diet but I think that's what made the pounds come back. I am only talking about a small portion of bread or pasta. Has anyone come off of Atkins and then got to maintenance I have heard many regain the weight.

I am still trying to lose 20 pounds but also want to go towards a more normal way of eating. Less fat and more variety of food.
