Hello and Happy Sunday FS!

Still focused and on a mission to conquer my excess weight. Provides incentive for me when I can sit comfortably in my jeans all night instead of switching to comfy sweats. :) The dancing helps too ... just movin it.

All in all, from my past experience, this seems to be the time of year when I'm successful in weight loss so I'm taking advantage of it. :)
Maybe it is all in my head but whatever works. So, my new motto is: BELIEVE YOU CAN DO IT!

Wow! So you are a winter time weight loss girl! That's crazy! This time of the year is SO HARD for me. Spring, summer, and fall go great but WINTER in hybrination time for me. Good luck and continued success with your efforts!

Good for you!! You're hard work is really paying off. I'm getting REALLY discouraged because my weight hasn't changed and I've been getting on the treadmill for 30 minutes every morning at 5:00 a.m. Since I haven't lost any weight, I had an eating fest yesterday but I'm not going to do that today. I wish I could be as focused as you. Keep up the good work!!

Thanks to both of you! You both can and will succeed! Skinny, hang in there! Maybe you aren't eating enough or perhaps you need to switch up your menu. I know it is discouraging but you can do this!

Thanks so much for the encouragement! So far I've done well with my eating and I feel a little more optimistic. I've got to do this...the only other option is to pig out and not exercise and keep gaining and gaining and..... Keep your momentum going!
