Feel like I am moving backwards now weight wise. Went for a 1hr walk/run last night before I went to bed so my body literally had nothing that it could store weight with. Feeling like why did I waste my time.Nothing like working hard and achieving 0 results, so will reflect before I repeat this again. I have a big lunch today so will have to recheck my focus tomorrow morning.
