It was your birthday! You're allowed a slip. Plus, if it's the carbs, they often cause water retention so the increase might not be other than a blip anyway. Chin up!

I think it would be a shame not to have a treat on your birthday, and I agree with Phooka, it's going to be mostly water weight at the end of the day, and will be gone pretty quickly - it probably is already! You will be great again next week 😀😀😀
