Official WW weigh in. Was actually happy with this weight, half expected to see it back in the 190's with all the meds and emotions these past few months. Husband was at grad school last night, so I kept busy and prepared food for the weekend and week. We are painting the basement on Sunday, and gearing up to buy a bowflex and fix our treadmill. one step closer to having the home gym...but for now, the eating part is in full swing!

The weigh in could always be worse! Hang in there and just keep telling yourself you can get back on track! I started over recently as well. I know how those meds and emotions can hike up the number on the scale, so all in all, you did great while not being on the program! I am sure you can't wait for the home gym to be complete! Enjoy it!
