FINALLY I lost another Ilb, I was stuck and discouraged for a while, and thought the next Ilb would never come off, but I was just more determined and voila, it paid off. I did not buy fruit, but I am drinking my berry fruit juice every day, which I think really helps. I am also on my pea soup and tomorrow, I am going to make cabbage soup.
