Not doing to well lately. I'm in a big depression mode at the moment and it has been affecting everything I do and eat.
I've had to up my Lexapro meds by another 10mgs just so I can deal with the people around me. I think the only thing that is helping is my walk to the park while i'm listening to my music.
I'm suprised that I havent gained any weight with all the crap ive been eating/drinking.
