Really happy about today's weigh-in! The entire loss so far has been so slow that I didn't think I was capable of dropping a large amount in one week. My diet hasn't changed so maybe it is the effect of making sure to walk at least 10k steps a day. Also, I think I am walking faster now so maybe I'm getting more cardio than I had previously. My husband has been losing a lot faster than me, but this helps. I hope this large drop doesn't mean that I won't make progress at my next weigh-in. Nothing I can do about it but keep trying!
