Well, I enjoyed the great food on Christmas and do not think that I excessively over-ate, but, nonetheless, I had a major carb hangover the next day. My weight is actually down a pound from pre-Christmas weight, so I'm happy about that, But I just can't do the simple carbs anymore. Hope everyone's holidays were wonderful. Have a great new year.

It kind of bugs me that my weight loss is shown as 25.5 lbs total when actually my total wt. loss is 47.5 lbs. When I switched to WW for 2 wks. back in July, then resumed Atkins, it started my graphed loss back at 0. Does anyone know how this might be changed?
