Tuesday, 5/2/17 Steps = 18,448
Today is weigh-in day. Slowing making progress. This is my birthday week and my gift to myself is to eat healthy and hopefully have another loss next week.
Having said that, I intend to forego my protein shake and snack both tomorrow and Friday, to allow for an extra celebratory cocktail.
I'm grateful for the sugar free mixers for cocktails. My mixed drinks are less calories than 4oz. of wine and are a special treat on the weekends and on special occasions.
I don't know if the extra alcohol will mess up my weight loss, but I'm going to be careful to control calories and hope I still lose weight.
