OK, so today I am back on track. Was sick, then was on meds that I could not work out with. Then my husband and I went out for dinner with friends a lot (and because I was prepping for vacation and didn't cook much) and then went on vacation...where we at (IMO) way too much..although I didn't over indulge too much. I did go 4 times for 3 mile walks though.
Anyhoo, I went to 173 during vacation. BUT I have been back 4 days and I am at 169 without really trying. Today was the first day at the gym. Motivation to go work out was low but I went. Gotta keep on trucking.
Oh..btw..went and got new clothes! Not a lot but I had to because nothing fit me anymore lol too loose! Unfortunately, I am in between sizes. A size 14 pants fits but loosely and a size 12 is too tight. Wish they had size 13s. Well, I will wear these until they are too big.
