LOL did God stick a secret Big Mac down ye neck in the night...haha...Don't get too upset, just pickup tomorrow and get back to your plan and keep a tighter eye on it for the next 1-2 weeks and see how many cals you are ingesting and knock it down by 100 or so a day if you have no results after a week or so. 

I am but anxiety is killing me. I start well but nights, late nights are killing me. 

Jose, I too have late nights, usually get to bed sometimes between 5AM-7AM and do sometimes find the time tough to get through...What is your anxiety over? Do you mean you get the food devils tormenting you??? 

No idea. Been like that since forever and before I would eat, then smoke, then both. Then I was all ok until met this girl lol. She is good but I guess that whole relationship idea may have me gone bezerk.
