At one time, I had a hard time keeping my weight up! Hard to believe, I know. But that time was when I was cooking for large numbers of people. I think handling large amounts of food from dawn to dusk just decreased my urge to eat. Plus the clean up work involved filled the time between handling large amounts of food.
