i have had one of the toughest weeks of my life this past week. and my food choices reflected that. too much meat, too much fast food. i'm lucky i dropped weight. But my food scale is out and so is my weighing scale. i put them out in the open where i can see them. Food Journal updated, food for the day portioned out. The hardest thing for me is working out.
