Well its telling me its weigh in time, Happy to say no weight gain but I stayed the same, I guess thats better, I am really hoping that its starts dropping again, I keep trecking on but it gets hard when thescale doesn't move, do feel alittle blotted maybe from the popcorn yesterday maybe thats part of it. Oh well not losing sight still have a trip in April to work for!

gona do some abe work well food cooking
3:45p 3 eggs 2 turkey sausage some veggies water/green tea
Haven't figured rest of the day, may be the first night in over a week I get to see my boyfriend,means late meal maybe going out to eat. Will update!
