WOW, now I know how the folks on "biggest looser" feel when they get up on the scale and they see a loss (after plateaus and up/downs)and they put their hands up in the air and say "YES"! Even though their losses are more than mine (gee how do they loose 10# in one week anyway?) Now it may only be 1.5# BUT after up and down creeps I have had, this is so super for me to see. Yesterday I went out with friends and did not have a alcoholic drink or eat the fried food that was being served, which was an accomplishment for me. I was tempted, but stuck to diet soda and water. I know if I had one little drink, that would have snowballed into more and more for the rest of the evening and this morning I would not be where I am now, OH my I really have to remember this feeling and keep on track for as long as it takes! I am finally in control!
