I would urge you not to "cheat" until you are at goal (or very close to it). Cheating can easily backfire on you and lead to more cheats and then weight gain. Remember that in order to be successful long term you must change your eating/food habits for a lifetime. Follow the plan and learn what you can or can't eat in the maintenance phase when you get to that point. I think that you will find a great deal of variety available. Once you are at goal it's okay to (very) rarely have an off limits food provided that it doesn't totally derail your good habits. Good luck with this. Also, way to go for keeping exercise in your busy, busy schedule!!
