Small increase considering the way I was eating for the past while. I'm really surprised it wasn't much more, so that's a good thing! Now to get back to the program...today was good, but I need to get back into the exercise thing and keep eating under control.

I really have to stop listening to everyone saying I look so good...I feel better about myself and I do like the attention, but I was letting it go to my head and not following my own better judgement. Not good! So back to what has been working...eat less, move more...the eat less is more about better choices for lower calories than just eating less...but you guys know that.
