One day of juicing down! Getting 8 hours of sleep last night was amazing. I was pretty exhausted and it wasn't even hard to fall asleep early. I feel well rested this morning and and drinking my breakfast as I type. I added blackberries to my greens today and it is pretty yummy. Romaine, Kale, Spinach, Cucumber, Apple, Lemon, Blackberry. My dinner creation last night was not quite as palatable. Mango, Pineapple, Carrot, Cucumber, Lime. The color mixture just made for a pretty unappetizing hue. I poured it in a wine glass and drank it while my boyfriend ate half of a meatlovers pizza next to me.
Found a juice bar a couple blocks from the office that I am going to try and walk to if I can sneak away for lunch today! I haven't actually taken a lunch in 3 weeks so we'll see how that goes.
Hoping that my body feels a little less weak after breakfast. My muscles feel like they do after getting a deep tissue massage - like all of the gross stuff in them is being released into my blood stream - but without the actual relaxation of a massage! Hmm... maybe I will schedule a massage for when I make it halfway to my goal weight :)
