Kind of lost interest when I didn't achieve wonders.
That said I haven't been a complete pig and the scales say I've put on a 1lb or 2lbs.
More by luck than judgement I fear, still I'm finishing work in half an hour and will be home by 4pm today.
Yesterday I walked in the door at 21:15 so that's good.
National Curry Week does dictate that at some point I have to participate.
Saag aloo paneer seems a better, no wiser choice than a Butter Chicken !
Will be better and record what I eat next week.
