All my life I was 124 to 126, with the exception of having children. I used to be very active and a weight lifter. All of a sudden out of nowhere I gain weight to 166, the extra weight was putting a toll on my body. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune desease. Now I am very tired all the time and in pain.
Since I started walking and watching what I eat I lost weight putting me now at 144. I still have 20lbs to lose. I started tracking everything on apps now, started this one 1 week and a half but I haven’t lost weight yet. It’s so frustrating.
