Okay, after a month of not visiting FS, I'm back and ready to try again. I've been indulging in ill-considered Halloween treats bought for the children that never showed up. I've been eating ice cream to salve the wounds of life. On the good side, I am back on my exercise program, which is so necessary for my ability to be more disciplined in eating habits. If I stuck with the program, I could be done by March. Focus on daily good decisions, remember that I always have a choice.
