One of the vicious puzzles we face is success breeds motivation, but we need motivation to start. I'm obviously no poster child for eating well. Exercise is a different story. I'm doing a little challenge with myself where I'm doing 30 pushups a day for 30 days with the goal of doing 30 without stopping. 30 pushups right now takes me about two minutes. I can spare two minutes of my life each day. Maybe I will add something else later that takes another minute or two. I may end up with 12-15 minutes of additional exercise per day. The cool thing is I don't have to do it all at once. I have 16 hours a day to fit in 15 minutes.
Start with those 2 minutes. See what happens.
