One too many Smirnoff's Triple Black did it. I new it but I just didn't wanted to thought about it. The first four weeks of the year are gone and with them 6 official pounds. I just can't believe what controlling a bit the diet would do.
For the next four week cycle I'm plannig to do a structured weight rotation and keeping a better eye on my diet to see what happens...
