I am finally back under the 110's! It feels great :)

My three-day weekend was awesome, it felt wonderful to just relax with the hubs and our pup. Made some BBQ chicken kabobs (how the heck do you spell this? seriously) and pretty much ate the entire time. It was wonderful.

I came to the realization that if I eat mainly low-calorie stuff I am able to eat all freaking day. Yeah, my opinion of eating healthy is wonderful right now.

Started taking iron supplements because no matter what I did I only ever got about 40-50% of my RDI of iron (and that is on a good day). I just don't eat enough red meat on a daily basis. My normal intake of iron is only 14-20%, way too low. To make it worse, I read somewhere that runners tend to go through iron quicker than normal because of all the cardio. Awesome.

Looking for running shorts that don't creep up on you- anybody have any suggestions?
