Down a couple pounds since Monday. Celebrating the little accomplishments today.... yesterday i did good with keeping up my water intake and did some simple exercises, and even though i didn't quite make my calorie goal for the day i did lessen my calories from Monday, so that's a plus! :D Making changes in stride and going to reach my goal of 40 lbs down this year!
