I'd like to make a suggestion and I hope you don't take it the wrong way. Many of us have gone through weight loss surgeries and with that we learn healthier ways of eating so I'm speaking from experience and not to be critical of you. may I suggest that before you drink a beer have a drink of water and not just a sip., also trying to cut your servings back even just gradually, from 8 down to 6 until you stop at 1. protein shakes when taken as recommended work wonders and along with that focus on getting in proteins without the fats (grilled or baked chicken without the skin, pork chops with the fat cut off). I apologize if I sound like I'm trying to give you a lot of instructions, I'm just trying to give you some information that we learn as we go through certain things in our life. if any of the information you get here doesn't sit well in your mind my next suggestion would be go to your doctor and have them help you to get on track. We are not here to judge or criticize we're just here to try and help. Good luck.

You can do this. Little changes make huge results. All in moderation. I've been doing a very strict diet for 5 days now, and not seeing the results I wish. But however I have crucified my flesh for 5 days and took back days I would have lost if I hadn't fought hard my bad habits. @Shrinking_Shamrock gave you some gOOd advice. Just being on this sight and putting your business for the world to read, your on the right track.
