Woo Hoo! Last two weight-ins were under 230. I am surprised at how well the tracking has been working, along with trying to keep the fat grams to an average of 50 per day. Last week I was at about 52 average per day for the week. The Diabetes Prevention class has not even given us a daily Cals goal (but I am relying and keeping to the recommendation I had from another site which had me at about 2100 Cals, if I remember correctly.
Still keeping up with the dog walks as well. We are regularly doing 2 miles (flat). I am going to start my half marathon training where I will be doing the miles, but going up about 800' elevation. I did that same training last year, but never was below 238lbs. Glad to have that extra 10+ off now.
