Happy that I provided such a big buffer under my goal weight before leaving on vacation. I expected to gain and did. One thing I learned is that my stomach doesn't process a lot of fried food and naughty carbs very well. I enjoyed the giant 'cheat' vacation, but it's a good thing I was only away for a few days. I'd like to work on increasing my buffer again this week. That way I'll be ready for the next adventure!
