Lots of entries, lots of entries. I just like to complain sometimes, and since they are health or fitness related, they go here :) So 1. Feet hurt so bad, I have plantar warts on my feet, had them for months, even did Warrior Dash with them. They need to come out, have an appointment this week. But my new job requires me to stand for 8 hour shifts (ooooooooh hurts so bad). 2. My glutes, I didn't even know I could feel this much pain haha, ok, I did, but they are so sore I can hardly get in and out of my car. My trainer had me doing chops and 1 leg deadlifts with kettlebells 2 days ago. I also did more chops and 1 leg deadlifts with free weight yesterday before and after work. Oh, and 1 leg deadlifts during work HAHA!
