Dziennik ladibee, 27 lip 12

I missed a day of journaling because I worked late last night. But I guess this morning's entry will count for 7/26/12. I didn't go to the gym, I was too tired and I think I have been neglecting rest which is just as important as exercise. Will work on going to bed early this week and getting at least 6 1/2 to 7 hours of sleep then working out.
Still working on increasing my calorie intake, and this weekend I'll really work on putting together more meals and snacks to take with me.
