Tomorrow I start Day 1 of Week 1 of the Abs diet and I'm excited. Excited to have a goal and to achieve some extra weight loss while gaining definition and muscle. Mostly, I'm excited to have a goal. It's six weeks long, working out three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) today i bought all the food so i can try to follow as much of their meal plan as i can; i also bought a stability ball so i can do the ab centered workout that they have. I'm nervous I won't stick to it. But hopefully i'll be able to keep track of it on here and that will help.
So, going to try to record the food here, and weekly weights, and maybe some journaling. Working out three times a week, and following meals.
