Dziennik ptgrand, 16 wrz 18

Peaceful Sunday here, but it won't last long. Football game on at noon, so I know the quiet won't last long with the TV going. I had planned on making a pot roast with all the fixings, but our weather has become oppressive again, with humidity as high as the temps. So something simple, what?? no sure until I mine the freezer.

My plan is to try and watch the game, but will retreat to the bedroom for Netflix if I get annoyed with the commentators and drama that seems to be part of that game now.

I feel good about my weight loss journey though and confident I will continue to think about the rewards of taking this weight off. Even if a slow process, I figure that whatever that scale says it is a positive regardless of the number. Meaning whatever the lose, it is that much less I am carrying around for my knees and legs to be dealing with.
