So mad that I didn't know that WaWa tuna was so bad before I ate it. I drank a beer or so the other night and I'm wondering if I gained water weight, or if I gained fat, I mean, I sweat A LOT at the crossfit competition the day after. And I did Crossfit today. I'm just trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong that I am stalled on weightloss so much right now. I know I don't want to go to my nutritionist again, I feel better not eating grains, but, there is so much talk between paleo being good and bad, and standard American diet being bad and this and that being good and bad, I don't even know what to believe. Between that and school starting again, I'm stressed, and not sleeping well. I just want this weight GONE. I didn't journal the past few days, but I didn't eat badly, I ate pretty normally, I hate the idea of journaling all the time if I know I don't cheat.
