I hope that the increase of 600 Cal's a day for 4 weeks has the results I'm expecting. will put up my scan today regardless of the results. at this point their is no good or bad results just data

with any luck my scan should look almost identical to my previous one 4 weeks ago, will find out real soon.
predictions 200g muscle gains and 1-2% increase of body fat. fairly confident visceral fat should still be 1.
