Run Report: Never got that half mile in on Wed, but that's ok. Had a good 1.5 miles on Thursday night, with no problems for once. Unfortunately, silly me, I forgot to log in before midnight and missed the final cut off for the NRB challenge :)
Went out last night with my hubs for 2.9, ended up walking the last .6 because the hip started aching and I didn't want to push it like I did the other Monday. Good decision - this AM it's only mildly sore, and I don't expect it to be a problem by Monday night for my next run.
