Its been a crazy busy spring - and it is looking like that will be the norm for the entire summer! I haven't been to this site for awhile but realized I miss it, especially the journaling which has helps me to put everything in perspective, gain support, and vent when I need to.

My family is starting to arrive for a family reunion. I've been a little nervous and uptight about it. No matter how much you try to prepare, it is hard to feel like you are 100% ready! But I am to the point where I just want to enjoy the company of multiple generations of family and focus on the importance of us being together to connect again. I'm letting go of worrying about the food, the windows that didn't get washed, etc.

Family will leave on Monday and then I'll be able to join the Tour de Kota bike ride for 4 days - I'm so looking forward to doing nothing but riding my bike all day and camping with friends!
