A beautiful morning in South Dakota! I went out and ran about a 1 1/2 miles and walked a 1/2 mile. My sister and brother in law are staying with us and since I'm an early riser I thought I would try to squeeze in some exercise before they got up. It's now 8am and they're still sleeping - I guess I would have had time for a quick 16 mile bike ride which is my favorite form of exercise!

I haven't weighed for awhile and have decided to wait until a few days after next week's bike tour.

I highly recommend waiting until a few days after the bike tour. I got my laptop back this afternoon!!! It is like a whole new animal. It is taking some time to get everything working again but so far I love Windows 7! See you next week!
