I'm really getting tired of starting over. I liked the 17 Day Diet and it worked but it wasn't something I could stick with as long as my family wasn't on board. So I'm going back to the DASH diet because I can eat the same thing as my family as long as I stay within my calories and get all the recommended serving of each food group. I've done this before and did good so let's hope I can do it again.
