This weekend was spent at a water park with my family. Talk about a wake up call! Me + bikini = not so pretty! I sucked it up though and I did it and I'm choosing to look at the positive side of things and take this as motivation to get my butt in gear! I did well last week sticking to my diet however I failed miserably at exercising. This week my goal is to get in the habit of exercising. I mean come on, I have a freaking treadmill in my basement! My official weigh in day is Tuesday, wish me luck to at least remain at 173 and not have gained, though I'll keep my fingers crossed to lose some more weight! How was everyone elses weekend?
