I know the feeling. It IS embarrassing. You have a lot on your plate right now, which adds to stress, which produces that hormone that inhibits weight loss (or causes weight gain). That can't be easy to juggle all the things your do...
What if you took it one meal at a time? Or one snack at a time? Or one day at a time? Remember how we were talking about pre-preparing meals? What if you did that for yours that you take to work? Make it the night before so you don't even have to think about eating well the next day because you've already got it done. Just a thought. You can do it, I know it! ;)
