So yesterday I went to my friend's house for a BBQ. I figured she usually has a variety of things to eat and I won't have to be too picky...I'm sure I'll find something. I was SOOO wrong! She did have a veggie platter, but dinner consisted of steak, hamburgers, shrimp, potato salad and 3 bean salad. Not a wide variety of low cal stuff. I ate before I went but it was so long before we ate and I swam in the pool I was starving! So I ate...and I drank (that's what did me in!). I went WAY over but I accounted for it. I know today is another day.
