I had to go start up my computer so I could get a better look than my phone will allow! It is adorable! Congratulations on a very pretty house! I especially love that little balcony. Is that off your bedroom? The not "over decorated" look gets a big thumbs up from me! It looks comfy and cozy without being cluttered! Your boy! He is getting big and grown up!

Very nice!! Cute little man there! My main thing is decorate slowly over time. Let it develop organically. Just like wittyloco said, find things you think are beautiful. Then it will all go together but not be too "matchy-matchy." Very pretty house!

Ive been feeding my lil man dinner on the balcony the past few nights. The moon has been showing so clear and Ive been teaching him about it.😊 Thanks Erquiaga! I love your name btw. Maybe some teal blue and yellow pillows? I know the house needs some colour but Im scared I'll pick the wrong colours and hate it later 😩  

Thank you jengetfit! I agree. Decorating slowly is best. I guess I feel a little pressure though since a few of our friends want to come visit this weekend. But I'll try and be more patient. 

Thanks jcmama 😊 The funny thing is, I had a bamboo plant next to the fireplace before and I took it to another room thinking it might be too much. It was really big. Maybe I should buy 2 matching medium-sized ones amd see if that works better. Thanks!

Ada, never be afraid of color! Using throw pillows is a great way to start and you can get them inexpensively. The front of your house is an excellent example. Look how that red door really draws your eye to a welcoming environment! Go to a paint store and pick-up a free color wheel or grab some paint cards of color opposites. Even look online. You're doing great!!

What a pretty house! And how nice to have that balcony to enjoy! You are doing fine with the decorating. Less is more as far as I'm concerned. When I bought my house it was so much bigger than my previous house so I was always buying new stuff for it. Now I'm trying to get rid of some of it.
