Yes, was going to say, i moved here 14 years ago and just now painted about 1/2 the rooms for the first time, lol. I know how it is to want everything all put together at once but, you know, you will be there for awhile (i assume), so you have time. I put my last house that i had with ex together all at once for silly reasons. This house has taken years, but i love it and it reflects me, and that is what is fun/satisfying about decorating, imo. Have fun! Looking forward to seeing pix!!

Thank you V3ron1con!💓 Hey jengetfit, Im going to do my best to be patient. I need to learn how to let some control go. I hate for ppl to come over and everything isnt done yet. But I need to tell myself that it doesn't matter! Im going to take all you guys' advice.

Neutral colors on the walls and then explode the color with decorations. I'm like Fritz, less is more to me. But how cute everything is. Especially your little man

Yeah! Like 90% I think. Still dont have a dining room set. But everything else is good for now. We love it. And every time we have guests, they seem to love it too 😁 They never want to leave lol

@jcmama, thanks girl. I did take your advice for the living room. Putting the plant next to the fireplace and moving the lamp. I also added curtains and a wall clock. In the family room, I've added a couple small circle mirrors to the wall..and an old school rattan-looking bookcase with a plant inside. Maybe I'll just post photos of those 2 rooms? I dont want to annoy ppl with photos of my house over and over lol
