Today I went for a hike with my 22 year old girl. It was so beautiful and didn't rain!!!! How grateful I am to feel strong! It was about 6 miles and I never even felt out of breath or tired. I had to slow down all the time for my daughter, and she works out! For so long I dreading hauling myself up a mountain, and I was always afraid I might get hurt coming down. Now my knees don't hurt and I feel so stable and not nervous to clamber up or down. What a change a year can bring!
