God, how annoying. I hope they realize that the builder is probably going to rip them off with the current recession damaging business..they are resorting to a lot of scamming!! But dont worry, hopefully, you will have another client soon..Arizona is still doing good in terms of house sales. Have a nice soak and a lovely glass of wine and unwind. Oh..and dont forget lots of bubbles!! 

Oh geez. You definitely deserve that glass of wine tonight!  

Arizona is tough right now, I know I live here (we're among the worst in the nation). I feel so lucky my hubby and I bought a brand spankin' new home for less than 90,000 its asking price for the same model 7 months earlier (with more upgrades too!)...OUCH to those poor folks huh? Hang in there friend! I am hearing and starting to see some changes and I hope it's true! You ever want to get away for a day come and visit! Hey, my mom janellas will be here and meeting with newme2009(?) next weekend! A nice ladies luncheon? Hang in there anyway, an intelligent, lovely woman like you is bound to get a break sooner or later! We love ya! 

yes its tough here too... but gramn - you have something special which most don't... you have an ability to connect deeply with people (ok you are also massively intelligent and utterly gorgeous too but thats beside the point). You WILL prevail friend of mine.. rest well and recharge... psssssst did I tell you that we are looking for a new house.... any good offers????
