Ugh! Gained 4 lbs. I didn't eat anything that would cause me to gain so much weight in a week. Hopefully it's because of my back, stress, getting ready to start in a week and a half or so. Just keep drinking my water and try not to let it get to me. I feel pretty bloated too so I'm sure it'll pass soon. Just have to keep telling myself that....
