Ok so it's really happening and I'm really doing this. I haven't had bread, meat or simple sugars in over a month and my body is really showing it, thank goodness. I feel better in general, too. I did have some wine this week as a treat, but that will be limited. I also had a low fat eggplant, with minimal breading that was completely baked as a treat as well. Now to stick with this. I know I can do it!
