Dieting and staying healthy in your 20s is not easy! I started a new group for anyone in their 20s facing the challenges that typically face this age-group. Come participate in a group where you can exchange words of advice, encouragement, workouts, recipes, stories, and more with other 20-something adults!

All are welcome to participate and promote a positive, healthy lifestyle!! The group is called The Roaring 20s. Invite your friends, and I look forward to sharing with some of you soon!
