Dziennik melissatwa, 18 lip 20

I am back to my goal weight today. I may be a little dehydrated from a long run last night. I took my measurements after a month of working out with home weights. My waist is down an inch to 29 inches; it is back to what it was when I was regularly gong to the the gym. In fact, almost everything else is down to what it was when going to the gym regularly. My calf is the same, but I am excited my upper thigh lost half an inch. It had always, always remained the same even after the months of going to the gym, and was the only measurement that did not change for the worse after the gym closed. Not "small" at 23 inches, but smaller than ever before. Running!!! I will post a progress pic soon.
